Important Coach Information!
Live Scan - must be completed by Feb. 24, 2008 All team Head Coaches
and Assistant Coaches must complete Live Scan (background check)
No Later Than Feb. 24, 2008. Please note that if you do not have a scheduled
appointment, please do so right away as it may take up to 2 weeks to get a date and time.
- All Head Coaches & Assistant Coaches must submit registration license
form with a copy of actual Coaching licenses.
- Set up practice times/fields: Coaches need to call Chris Davis to reserve/check
for soccer field availability (days and times).
- If you have questions and/or need additional information, please contact a board member.
One of us should be able to answer any of your questions.
